Kang Kep Chha Khnhei ( Stir-Fry Frogs With Ginger)
Ingredients
- 300g of frog, Cut in chunk
- 70g of young ginger, Julienned
- 1tbsp of fish sauce
- 1tbsp of soybean sauce
- 1tbsp of sugar
- 1/2tsp of salt
- 1/2tsp black pepper
- 4-5 Garlic, chopped
Instruction
- Place 2 tbsp vegetable oil into pan and heat until hot
- Put chopped garlic and stir fry until it turns brown
- Put frogs and stir fry well and let it sit over the heat for around 5-6 minutes
- Add ginger, allow the ginger release its full of aroma
- Seasoning with salt, sugar, fish sauce and soybean. If it is too dry, you can add a little water
- Sprinkle the black pepper on remove from heat.
